Attention: Cold Weather Delays

We want to ensure that your plant arrives in the best of conditions. Due to severe weather conditions in several states, we are holding certain shipments until temperatures increase to keep your plants safe from extreme cold. When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, the type of plant, and when you place it.

Our team pots, and packs every order, meaning lots of care goes into every step. While we know speed is a priority, shipping live plants takes a bit longer!

Orders depart within 12-14 business days. Average transit time is 2-5 days, but there are times it may take a longer to ensure your plants arrive happy & healthy.

Please Note: We are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely. It is possible that some shipments may experience longer than usual delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

* During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

When will my order ship?

If you place an order Thursday - Sunday and select standard shipping, it will likely be processed the following Monday - Wednesday. We try not to ship toward the end of the week to avoid plants getting stuck in shipping facilities on the weekends.

Please note that during extreme weather conditions, orders going to the West Coast will ship on the next Monday or Tuesday after the order is processed. We do this to ensure the most efficient travel time and to avoid transit over the weekend, as weekend delays in extreme weather conditions may cause damage. We appreciate your patience, as we continue to monitor weather patterns.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order contact us with your request as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your shipping rates? 

Orders over $150 (after any discounts) ship for free. All orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee.

All orders ship via FedEx, to receive a notification when your order is delivered, schedule your delivery, or update your delivery instructions, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice.

Please try not to leave your plant outside in the winter months. If you live in a colder climate, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager  or UPS MyChoice to receive a delivery notification when your new plant friend arrives.
